La médiation en propriété industrielle pour les entreprises

Description

La médiation est l’un des modes alternatifs de règlement des litiges auquel ont recours un nombre grandissant d’entreprises œuvrant dans tous les secteurs économiques. Dans ce sens, l’OMPIC et le Centre d’arbitrage et de médiation de l’Organisation mondiale de la propriété Intellectuelle (Centre de l’OMPI) ont mis en place une procédure de médiation, co-administrée par les deux organismes, pour faciliter la résolution des litiges de propriété industrielle en faveur notamment des entreprises marocaines. Ce mode d’action permettra à l’OMPIC et au Centre de l’OMPI d’accompagner les entreprises marocaines tout au long du processus de médiation en apportant l’assistance et le conseil nécessaires à toutes les étapes de la procédure (négociation des honoraires, choix du médiateur, etc.).

Ce webinaire vise à présenter l’intérêt et les avantages de la médiation pour le règlement des litiges de propriété industrielle et de technologie dans lesquels peuvent être impliquées les entreprises marocaines, ainsi que la procédure de médiation co-administrée par l’OMPIC et le Centre de l’OMPI.
